To whom laughter is needed: Our job as a chamber is to help our members grow their business. Sometimes the stress of doing it gets in the way of seeing a solution. Harry Freedman was the keynote speaker at our Annual YPO Chapter Retreat. He began the presentation posing as a Strategic Business Speaker, but we also asked him to roast our 9 YPO Graduates leaving our chapter this year.
Mr. Freedman, to put it simply, was hilarious. The audience was expecting a serious speech, and the humor took them by surprise. In minutes, Mr. Freedman had the audience rolling with laughter. His humor was highly intellectual and absolutely original. As he made personalized comments about each graduate, the audience went crazy with laughter.
